Kaftan Cover Ups

If you are getting ready to pack your suitcase for your long awaited Summer holiday, then a Kaftan is a definite must have holiday accessory.

This versatile kaftan can easily be dressed up as an evening piece on your holiday abroad, just place it over a long cami dress with a pair of metallic heels and chunky silver jewellery for the perfect outfit.

Marks and Spencer have a range of kaftans that can be used as summer tops or purely for covering up on the beach or poolside after a hard day’s sunbathing.

They have a burnt orange slouchy and relaxed fit kaftan which is made in a lace design and is not for the faint hearted! It features batwing sleeves and a deep V neckline and is finished off with a gorgeous tassel trim on the hemline and sleeves.

You can wear this relaxed and chic kaftan over a cami top with a pair of cut off shorts for an edgy and funky daytime look or use it as a cover up in a shawl effect over a simple summer dress depending on your occasion.

With most of the kaftans being made from lightweight and non creasing materials maybe one will not be enough for that holiday abroad or on a hot summer’s day at home.
