Playsuits are the hot trend of this summer season so why shouldn’t our little ones get in on the act too.
They are easy to wear, fun and the array of colours, style and patterns available are endless. I’ve taken a look in-store at Next and found so many to choose from that it’s hard to know where to start!
So I narrowed it down by colour, shape and how easy it is for them to get in and out of.
Next have gone for the floral effect on their playsuits, from all over bold and bright floral prints to a half and half style with ditsy flower prints at the top and denim shorts at the bottom. They all features a tie waist belt and are sleeveless for a wonderful summer feel.
Having checked to see what Debenhams had to offer, I was amazed by their choice of playsuits for girls up to 6 years old. They had a massive selection from different TV characters and bold colours to patterns in multicolour prints.
My favourite is the navy blue playsuit by Jasper Conran that features a red piped edging along the frilled neckline and narrow shoulder straps.
The printed fish all over design just adds to the fun and playful side to this outfit which the girls will just love wearing.
I find that if you buy a playsuit that can just be pulled on and off without the hassle of buttons then that’s a great advantage especially with younger children from the ages of 2-4 year old.
It’s hard enough dressing this age group without fiddly buttons and fastenings!
For a special occasion take a look at the House Of Fraser range of playsuits, for example this mint green floral playsuit by Uttam is not only very pretty but will certainly make sure your little one makes a fantastic impression.
With the pretty cuffed legs and mock tie shoulder straps just adding to the cute and sweet nature of this outfit.
So be ahead of the summer fashion crowd and dress your little one up in some gorgeous flower power playsuits.
Easy to wear and durable and plenty of fun patterns and styles to choose from.
